Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee the daily operations of the Staffing Department, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal staffing ratios.
✔ Supervise, mentor, and develop Staffing Coordinators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
✔ Manage staffing schedules for Hospice Aides and Continuous Care Staff, ensuring proper coverage.
✔ Implement and improve departmental processes to enhance efficiency and time management.
✔ Collaborate with HR to ensure all Agency staff meet state and federal compliance requirements.
✔ Serve as a liaison to leadership, providing updates on recruitment, staffing challenges, and workforce needs.
✔ Coordinate with Payroll and IT to resolve scheduling discrepancies and ensure accurate data reporting.
✔ Support Talent Acquisition efforts by interviewing, screening, and onboarding new Aide staff.
✔ Conduct performance evaluations, address employee concerns, and support professional development.
✔ Drive performance improvement initiatives and participate in quarterly in-service meetings.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's Degree preferred
✔ 2+ years of Healthcare Management experience preferred
✔ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
✔ Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
✔ Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate staff
